I got a sewing machine, which I have no clue how to use, and have been winging it, using it to draw. I think it is going pretty well. First attempts were not too unhinged. It was a bit hard controlling the direction and stopping the lines going all wiggly but I am pretty much ready to try some new things and see if I can do some more detailed things. It’s a possible new avenue. We don’t stagnate. Special shout out for gold shimmer threads and sadness about the ink fabric being too distracting when using the dainty machine stitches. Overall pleased with life.
